Russ Laubach
Born in Los Gatos, CA, Russell Laubach grew up playing sports but especially loved baseball. Along with his older brother and all their friends they would gather in backyards, parks or the streets to play Wiffle® Ball with dreams of playing in the big leagues. Russ played baseball in little league, high school and in college. Now he stays involved in the community coaching his sons in little league as well as coaching at Los Gatos High, trying to spread the joy of baseball to generations to come.
Sandra Darrow
A local real estate agent by day, Sandra brings her organizational skills and cheerful personality to our team. When she isn’t showing houses or managing behind the scenes efforts for Rally Cap, she enjoys spending quality time with her three grown children.
Toby Fisher
Toby Fisher is an avid sports fan and a lifelong Wiffle® Ball player. Toby is a Middle School teacher and in his free time he coaches AAU Basketball, produces large scale 3 on 3 Basketball Tournaments and enjoys being part of a thriving local sports community.
